OkiZoo’s “Square Bizzin” featured on Laid Back Radio

Big ups to the homie Gavin Handley, who has an amazing music blog called Jus Like Music . Jus’ Like Music has been serving up a social commentary on all things musical since May 2006. With a slight angle towards hip-hop, funk and electronica, they provide an eclectic blend of news and reviews from most genres. They do a terrific job of it too, make sure you bookmark their blog and check it regularly. I’ve been turned on to many great artists via this site.
Gavin sent me a note on twitter a few days ago informing me that he’d added OkiZoo’s track Square Bizzin (featured on our Lost in the Jungle Mixtape ) to his latest podcast for Laid Back Radio . Square Bizzing was done over E=MC2 which was produced by the legendary J. Dilla for his album “The Shining” and features Common. This track features OkiZoo emcees Nations, Dunn-D, and yours truly EL3G.
I had been checking out the Jus Like Music podcast on Laid Back Radio for a few weeks now, and was really excited to hear about this. Gavin really knows his music, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy his weekly podcast.
