OkiZoo and Hip Hop Slam’s DJ Alpha has been deep inside his Lab Insomnia studios for the last year creating  his turntablist debut album “This way or That way”, a magnum opus of his technical ability to use the power of the record and the turntable to create music. This promises to be a bizare journey from beginning to end featuring a few special guests including fellows DJ’s like Dust One, Dawgisht, and Jimmy Penguin . It also features guest emcees, Nations and Dunn-D of  OkiZoo and Skahlah of  The Life Penciled Crew. Living in Japan, you find out real quick the Japanese like to take the ordinary and flip it up. Going to the bathroom isn’t something most look forward too – at least with men. Get in and get out. No talking, no looking around – pick a spot on the wall and stair at it.

However, bathroom for women is like a social gathering for gossip, make-up, and whatever else women do when they go off to “power their nose”. I don’t really care, and don’t want to know.

But when I caught a line of women waiting to use the bathroom, I knew something was up. The mens room was typical. Nude pictures plastered all over, and your choice of number 1 or number 2 stalls. However, the women’s bathroom was much more and definitely encourages women to go to the bathroom and take their time.

The women’s room at Mumin Papa Cafe in Akashi, Japan (Hyogo prefecture) is beyond amazing. It toilet surround by a salt water aquarium. The owner of the cafe says it cost 30 Million Yen (approx. $270,000 at the time) to build, which is not in the budget of most restaurants. It’s filled with all sorts of exotic fish, including the “famous” male sea turtle that watching women to their business. Surprisingly, many women do not claim it impairs their duty or gives them stage fright.

Thai surgeons are world renowned for sexual re-assignment surgery (SRS), penis enlargement, and now penis re-attachment. Because of a horrific result from a combination from Thai Men’s desires and Thai Women’s aggression, this unfortunate common occurrence has enabled Thailand to be a leader in various procedures that involve disassembling, removing, enlarging, enhancing, and reattaching the penis which requires a lot practice and experience.

They have been boiled, fed to ducks, even attached to hot air balloons and cast into the night sky – when it comes to permanently depriving a cheating lover of a recently severed penis, the imagination of the wronged Thai woman knows few bounds.

Penis severing has been honed here to its most devastating effect through a mixture of infidelity, assertive womanhood and a national cuisine that lends itself to a kitchen full of sharp knives. The men are now fearful of a rash of Thailand’s most notorious crime of passion, according to the surgeon who has stitched back many a male member for grateful patients.

Penis slashing is not unique to the Kingdom of Thailand. The United States has had 4 cases (including the famous John Wayne Bobbitt), Sweden has had three cases, and the UK and Australia have also had one case each. However, in proper perspective Thailand has had nearly 40 cases during the same time frame.

Men in Thailand or have a Thai wife and insist on being unfaithful, should follow the following tip from a Thai surgeon:

“If you have a mistress they (wives) will get mad and cut it any time, so make her very happy, always carry a thermos to put it in and keep the name of a good doctor close by,” said Doctor Muangsombot.

Polygamy in Thailand

Doctors and psychologists blame the attacks on a mix of Thailand’s tradition of polygamy, which was banned about 100 years ago but still persists, and the fact that the phallus is revered as a symbol of power and fertility. You can phallic symbols and shrines in many shops, homes, and temples.

The phenomenon has become so widespread that doctors have had to keep up with increasingly inventive and angry wives and lovers who want to prevent the offending item from being reattached.

Thai psychologist and media commentator Doctor Wallop Piyamanotham said the practice stemmed primarily from the outlawed, but flourishing, Thai habit of keeping secret wives known as Miya Noi (Minor Wife).

“Before a man could have many wives but later we followed the western law of one man one wife, but men still act the same and have many wives so the only revenge open to the wife is to cut off his penis,” Piyamanotham said.

Penis Replantation

From recent advancements made in penis replantation (reattachment) microsurgery, the sex lives of males who suffered from severe genital trauma and/or penis amputation are slowly being restored. The unfortunate truth is the better the condition of the amputated part at the time of the operation, the higher the success rate. If too many hours elapse between the time the penis is severed and re-attachment, there is less of a chance that the operation will be successful because of tissue death. If the severed penis has been immediately packed in ice after the trauma, there is a reduced chance of this occurring.

Thai surgeons in said it was now possible to make replacement penises from arteries and skin taken from other parts of the body that could be inflated with pumps.

Testicle Replantation

Re-plantation of the testicles is an extremely rare procedure. In many cases the testicles can be reattached, yet the sperm production is often severely hampered. There is a greater success rate of a full recovery if the testicles are re-planted within a relatively short period of time following the initial trauma. If at least one of the testes remains after a criminal castration, the victim will likely be able to produce enough sperm to have children. Thus, there is less need for replantation of the other organ, except for aesthetic purposes.

Its seems increasingly difficult to simply our lives and here are 8 simple tips to get you on your way to living a life balanced with Zen.

The inevitable fact is that, no matter how much we simplify our lives, even after a huge de-cluttering session and after a vow not to buy anything ever ever ever again … entropy always always sets in.

It starts out as one item on the floor. Just a simple box, or a toy, or a piece of clothing. Such a little thing, nothing to worry about. But that one little thing will attract a second, and then a third, and soon clutter will grow insidiously in our homes until it overwhelms us. And then we’re back to square one.

1. One in, two out.

Make it a rule: for every new item that comes into your life, you need to remove two. That means gifts, clothes, shoes, books, magazines, anything. It’s great to have a place where you put things you’re going to get rid of … whether to give to other people or to donate to charity or to take to a used book store. Then you can just grab the stuff on your way out to do errands.

2. Limited storage.

I like this rule because it fits in with my philosophy of self-set limitations: don’t allow yourself to have tons of storage space. The more storage you have, the more stuff you’ll keep. Instead, have limited storage and if stuff doesn’t fit in there, get rid of it. That forces you to make choices. They key is making those choices … if you don’t, you’ll end up with clutter.

3. Clear floors and flat surfaces.

Keep them clear. A room looks so much cleaner if all flat surfaces, from the floor to tabletops to countertops, are clear of clutter. Remove everything from these surfaces except perhaps one or two decorative items (don’t clutter with knick knacks). If you find stuff making its way here, clear it out. Clearing surfaces once a day or every couple days is a good routine.

4. Designate a home for everything, and be fanatic.

When you find stuff on flat surfaces, or draping over a chair, it might be because you don’t have a designated spot for that kind of thing. If you don’t, designate a spot for it immediately. If stuff doesn’t have a home in your home, you need to get rid of it, or it will forever wander around the house. The other problem might be that you have already designated a spot for it, but you’re just not good at putting it away. In that case, take a month to build up the habit of putting things where they belong immediately. It’ll make a huge difference.

5. Regular de-cluttering sessions.

Put in your calendar. Even the best of us need to declutter regularly. If you’ve de-cluttered your home, things might be great now, but you’ll need to do clutter maintenance. Put it in your calendar: perhaps once a month, once a week, or once every few months. Experiment to see what interval works for your life.

6. Reduce your desires for more.

If clutter is coming into your life at a rate that’s too great for you to handle, you might need to look at your buying habits. Do you go shopping for clothes or gadgets or shoes or books every week (or more)? Are you always buying stuff online? If so, is it out of real necessity, or do you just like to buy stuff? It’s important that you take a look at these desires, and see if you can address them. Reducing your desires will go a long way to reducing your need to fight clutter.

7. 30-day list.

This is really a way to control the desires I mentioned in No. 6 above. Make a list: anytime you want to buy something (other than absolute necessities), put it on the list with the date you added it. Then, don’t allow yourself to buy something until it’s been on the list for 30 days. By then, your desire for that item might have passed. It’s a great way to control that impulse to buy. (A cool alternative: the Want book.)

8. Change your habits.

Clutter didn’t create itself. It’s there because you put it there. What habits do you have that created the clutter? There may be many of them, some of them already mentioned above: you buy a lot, you don’t designate a home for things, you don’t put things away, you buy but don’t remove things … you may have other habits that create clutter. Change those habits, one at a time. Take 30 days and focus on a clutter habit, and see if you can create a new habit that will reduce your clutter.

The precise origin of absinthe, a mysterious, addictive, and mind-altering drink, is unclear however it is known that one of the main ingredients was used by the ancient Egyptians for medical use according to some Papyrus dated back to 1550 BC. Another ingredient was later used by the ancient Greeks for remedies and flavoring.

The actual Absinthe as we know it today originated in Neuchâtel, Switzerland and became a popular alcoholic drink in late 19th- and early 20th-century France among Parisian artists and writers. Due in part to its association with bohemian culture, absinthe was opposed by social conservatives and prohibitionists.

One critic stated:

Absinthe makes you crazy and criminal, provokes epilepsy and tuberculosis, and has killed thousands of French people. It makes a ferocious beast of man, a martyr of woman, and a degenerate of the infant, it disorganizes and ruins the family and menaces the future of the country.

Currently, most countries have no legal definition of absinthe like other popular liquors. Manufacturers can label a product “absinthe” or “absinth” without regard to any legal definition or minimum standard.

Absinthe is produced either through distillation or cold mixing using three main herbs: grande wormwood, green anise, and florence fennel. These are referred to as the “holy trinity” even though other herbs can be substituted.

Absinthe has long been believed to be hallucinogenic. This belief got a contemporary boost in the 1970s when a scientific paper mistakenly reported thujone was related to THC, the active chemical in marijuana. Martin Paul Smith incorrectly argued that absinthe had narcotic effects due to the fermentation process in early 2008.

How To Prepare Absinthe

Traditionally, absinthe is poured into a glass over which a specially designed slotted spoon is placed. A sugar cube is then deposited in the bowl of the spoon. Ice-cold water is poured or dripped over the sugar until the drink is diluted to a ratio between 3:1 and 5:1. During this process, the components that are not soluble in water, mainly those from anise, fennel, and star anise, come out of solution and cloud the drink. The resulting milky opalescence is called the louche . The addition of water is important, causing the herbs to “blossom” and bringing out many of the flavors originally overpowered by the anise.

Originally a waiter would serve a dose of absinthe, ice water in a carafe, and sugar separately, and the drinker would prepare it to their preference. With increased popularity, the absinthe fountain, a large jar of ice water on a base with spigots, came into use. It allowed a number of drinks to be prepared at once, and with a hands-free drip, patrons were able to socialize while louching a glass.

Although many bars served absinthe in standard glasses, a number of glasses were specifically made for absinthe. These had a dose line, bulge, or bubble in the lower portion denoting how much absinthe should be poured in. One “dose” of absinthe is around 1 ounce (30 ml), and most glasses used this as the standard, with some drinkers using as much as 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml).

Okizoo’s camera man and video editor Russell Banks, has been in high demand in the Bangkok acting scene over the last two months. Besides devoting half of his valuable time to filming and editing footage for Okizoo, Russ is now juggling some 12 hour-long days acting as the standing for M.Bison (Neal McDonough) on the forth coming Street Fighter II Movie.

The movie ‘Street Fighter II: The Legend Of Chun-Li’ is directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak and will feature top Hollywood actors:

Russ has worked as an extra on many commercials from Sunsilk Hair Products advert featuring Thai Model ‘Am’ to a Mitsubishi advert featuring ‘Tony Jah’ who is known for playing the leading role in Thai martial arts flicks Ang Bak, and Tom Yam Kung.

Russ has also worked as an extra in few Thai and Indian films but his luck came after landing a part as an extra on the Street Fighter II Movie. Only a few days into his job, Russ quickly got promoted to become the standing for M.Bison.

For those who aren’t sure what a stand-in is required to do; a stand-in is the person who acts out the scene for the first time in a kinda of trail run. Whilst the cameras roll, they must act out the scene precisely, as is required. When the scene is reviewed by the director and his team, elements such as the camera angles and lighting can be adjusted if needed. Some actors choose or are required to watch these scenes to give them a better idea of what they have to do.

In true Zoo spirit Russ has been getting in with the director, drinking champagne after the days work is done, and generally having a great time whilst working his ass off for the camera.

Things are also looking good for his future projects as Russ is already lined up for an audition to take a small speaking role in the forth-coming John Cusak movie, Shanghai and there also talk of a role in a new Oliver Stone movie being filmed out this way, but that’s not confirmed yet…..

So its fingers crossed for the Zoo director of moving visuals, but not just for the forth-coming BKK raw video (yeh don’t be forgetting now!) but for his acting career too!
